26007 with the Devon-Belle Observation-Car behind it passes over Corfe Common with the final train of the day from Swanage to Norden.By now it was well past 18:00 in the evening. So i walked back to my motorcycle parked up on the main road only to find my rear tyre was punctured.Great! Luckily I carry a tubeless tyre plug repair kit and a couple of CO2 cartridges so after about 20 minutes faffing about I was able to travel home!

RfD Large-Logo 26007 ambles along not long after departing Corfe Castle. For me this was the star of the Gala. I do remember it working in Scotland out of Glasgow Queen Street going to Fort William in the early sixties as D5300! Gawd that was over 55 years ago!!!!!!!!
