Overground Unit 378279 slows for its stop at Kensal Rise heading for Stratford with a service from Richmond '2N86'.These Units were introduced in 2009. The 378/2 type are dual-voltage fitted with both a pantograph and a 3rd rail contact shoe arrangement.The changeover point on this line is south of Willesden where the OHLE gives way to 3rd rail.This is done on the move and only the loss of the cantenary posts gives the changeover away to the passengers looking out of the windows!
